Who is Francis Urquhart?

Francis Urquhart is a fictional British politician Updated by author Michael Dobbs. Urquhart has appeared in three books named House of Cards, To Play the King, and The Final Cut, all of which have been made into films. The films have each aired in Britain as BBC productions, and in the United States on the PBS program Masterpiece Theatre with slightly different cuts.
